What types of events can be hosted at TCNJ?

TCNJ welcomes a wide range of events, including conferences, meetings, staff trainings, workshops, academic programs, youth camps, and summer pre-college programs. Our facilities can accommodate both small gatherings and large-scale events.

Are there rental fees for using campus facilities?

Yes. Facility rental fees vary depending on the space type and services required. Once you submit an inquiry form, our team will provide a customized estimate based on your event needs.

How accessible is TCNJ by train, bus, or car?

TCNJ is conveniently located near major transportation routes. The campus is easily reached by car and is a short ride from local and regional train and bus stations, making it accessible for attendees traveling from New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Is parking available for guests?

Yes. Free parking is available in designated visitor lots. Your CES Coordinator will advise which lots are best for your event and provide parking information for your attendees.

Is there a campus map available for visitors?

Yes. A digital campus map is available to help guests navigate campus facilities, parking areas, and event locations. Your CES Coordinator will share the link and any additional wayfinding materials.

How can I connect to TCNJ WiFi?

Guests can connect to WiFi through TCNJ’s visitor network, which provides temporary access for conference attendees and summer guests. Instructions will be provided before your event or upon check-in.

Summer Camps and Programs

Are summer residential buildings air-conditioned?

Most residence halls used for summer programs and conference guests are fully air-conditioned for comfort throughout the warm-weather months.

Is dining and catering available during the summer?

Yes. Dining and catering services are available for summer programs, conferences, and camps. Options range from meal plans in campus dining halls to catered events arranged through our Catering Services. 

Are linens provided for summer camp accommodations?

Linens are not automatically provided for summer guests. Groups may bring their own linens or request a linen packet for an additional fee. Your CES Coordinator will help you determine the best option for your group.
