License Agreement
All external clients hosting an event at The College of New Jersey are required to review and sign a License Agreement or Memorandum Agreement. This document outlines the terms and conditions for facility use. By signing the agreement, clients acknowledge their responsibilities and commitment to maintaining the integrity of our campus community.
Certificate of Insurance
External clients are required to provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) prior to hosting an event at The College of New Jersey. The COI serves as proof of liability coverage. Your COI must meet the insurance requirements outlined in the License Agreement.
Minors on Campus
If your event includes minors, additional requirements must be met to ensure their safety and well-being. All programs must comply with The College of New Jersey’s policies for minors on campus, including supervision and background checks.
