Who We Support
Academic Support
CES supports all academic departments and student-facing administrative offices across campus by partnering with faculty and staff to coordinate events, meetings, and programs that enhance the TCNJ experience and support the college’s mission, vision, and strategic plans. CES serves as the collaborative resource to ensure every event is executed efficiently and reflects the College’s commitment to excellence.
Student Support
CES partners closely with the Office of Student Life, which serves as the main point of contact for Recognized Student Organizations planning events on campus. Through this collaboration, CES helps ensure that student-led programs are well coordinated, compliant with campus policies, and supported by the appropriate campus partners. Our goal is to provide students with a seamless and positive event experience that enhances their engagement and enriches their extracurricular life at TCNJ.
External Support
CES welcomes local, state, and international organizations, nonprofit and for-profit groups, educational institutions, and private corporations to host their events on our campus. Whether you are planning a summit, staff training, expo, vendor fair, residential or day camp, conference, or reunion, our scenic campus and dedicated team can provide the ideal spaces to meet your needs. For summer programs and camps, we also offer on-campus housing, creating a convenient, all-in-one experience for overnight participants. With dedicated support and seamless coordination, our team is committed to delivering a smooth, well-organized, and memorable experience from planning through execution.
